The place was super clean and well taken care of. It was convenient to catch a bus from here. And can we talk about how cozy the beds were in our room? So comfy! 😊

Clean rooms, good location not far from the water taxi terminal (which we were using to head to Belize the following day). Tv, A/c and wifi worked well. Bathroom was simple and clean, shower was hot. Overall a good overnight stay for the price (we had to pay 600 pesos at the hotel, which was more than quoted on Booked.net)

The quick customer service here and the bonus of having a double bed make this place a great choice, plus it's conveniently located just 1 mile from the Museum of Mayan Culture.

Great hotel within budget and clean and tidy, our could have done with a couch or lounge chairs in it but it was not a problem to cope! we did have some kind of engine start up at about 1230am which after an hour of noise i approached the on duty staff and they dealt with it. Great staff willing to do what it takes to make things right. I would stay again no problems! I reccomend this hotel to people wanting nice accomodation that wont break the bank!!

We had a great stay at this hotel near the old market. Our triple room was spacious with TV and A.C. unit. The hot shower was a nice touch, especially during cold weather. The staff members were very nice and made us feel welcome. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Everything was spot on.

The rooms are really comfortable and spotlessly clean,it was also very quiet and was a great place for a much needed stopover after travelling from belize by bus.
This hotel is brand new,so has afew teaving problems, but nothing serious.there is a coffee machine in the lobby, but it was not in use at any time when I asked for a much needed drink.the staff didnt seem to know how to work it at all, this was a shame as it would have made a big difference to our stayhere.it wasnt easy to find a cup of coffee anywhere in town.

This hotel is a gem! It has a truly amazing location right on the beach with the ocean just steps away. the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and offer fantastic views. the bathrooms are clean and modern, and the service is top-notch. the breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. This hotel also offers great facilities, including a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym.
One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the snorkeling equipment. It could use some updating to offer a better experience.

Staff was very helpful, even though we do not speak Spanish and they do not speak English. They made a great rcommendation for dinner. The parking was very secure as it is actually in the lobby area. Wi-fi was available. On our second stay, we had to change our travel plans on short notice and they were very accommodating, recommending other local motels since the Juliette was full of children and they could not guarantee a quiet night. Provided 2 bottled waters in the room. Very nice.
